Video

Check out this beautiful fly over video of Lough Eske Castle, Donegal!

We look forward to transitioning from the arrivals reception to the meal and more. To begin the evening, guests will enjoy a sit down meal together. Following the meal, all tables will be cleared and the band will take it away from there! Our goal is to have our dance floor full, so come ready to dance and enjoy yourselves!

Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or food allergies so we can make arrangements for you. Thank you!

After Party: THE FATHER BROWNE BAR

Once the DJ plays us out, the night will continue in Lough Eske's private bar. Instruments and singing voices are welcome until the early hours of the morning!

For more information about the rich history of the Lough Eske Bar -

Father Browne is generally considered to be Ireland's most important photographer of the twentieth century. Often known as 'Father Browne of the Titanic', it was his obedience to his Provincial's order to "get off that ship" that prevented Father Browne from travelling on the final part of the voyage and possibly saved him from a watery grave. Disembarking at Cobh ensured international fame when, following the tragedy of the sinking of the Titanic, his photographs were published on front pages all around the world. His images of the Titanic remain uniquely important to this day.

Over 200 of the greatest images taken by the extraordinary Father 'Titanic' Browne have been remastered and are displayed in the Father Browne Bar at Lough Eske Castle where visitors may enjoy a drink and a bite to eat surrounded by a stunning collection by one of the twentieth centuries greatest photographers.
Stone floors, soft leather booths, black and white photos of times gone by creating a cosy place for spending a leisurely evening with a drink and a friend, or just your newspaper. With an extensive list of beers, wines, cocktails and whiskeys to choose from as well as plenty of nooks and corners to settle into, it can prove quite difficult to tear yourself away from this superb Donegal bar!

"The Afters"

Irish weddings may be all day and all night, but they are also never just a ONE day event either! The "afters" or the Day Two is usually a casual gathering at a local pub with live music and is a nice way for guests to reminisce on the night before and continue the celebrations. It also gives the bride and groom an opportunity to spend more time with their guests and continue the celebrations. It is not everyday we have our favorite people in Ireland together! Our "afters" will take place at a pub outside of Donegal town. It is a local pub for Aisling's extended family, and a place they have spent many a night singing, dancing, and having fun! The "afters" won't begin until late afternoon, so our hope is everyone can get a few hours of sleep and come out ready for more fun.

Scenic Donegal Drive!

We know that this trip to Ireland will be a first for many, so we wanted to put together the opportunity to see some of the countryside, and majestic sites that Donegal has to offer! Bring along your family, friends, and anyone who traveled to Ireland with you!

Following a weekend of wedding fun, and with the help of one of Aisling's cousins (Kieran) we are organizing an afternoon trip departing from Lough Eske Castle (where the wedding reception was) and venturing along a selection of sites on Donegal's Wild Atlantic Way!

To ensure the a seat for everyone, be sure and RSVP for the Sunday fun!
