I have known Joannie for over a decade. She is my closest friend and all around amazing human being. She is also one of the smartest people on the planet. We met while studying nursing. From the moment we met she welcomed me into her family with open arms and made me feel right at home! I love Joannie for her huge heart, sarcastic sense of humor, and her ability to create and build anything. Look for her on the dance floor, no doubt she'll have some great moves. I can't wait to have her by my side on the happiest day ever.

Sarah is also one of my dearest friends. We bonded over our shared love for patient care. I love Sarah for her caring heart and her ability to find the funny side in every situation. She has an infectious laugh and can always crack me up with her silly jokes. I couldn't be happier to have Sarah standing by my side on this day.

Rebecca is our daughter and an awesome caring friend. She has quickly become a huge part of my life and I can't wait to make more memories with her. I met Hali at church when we were just kids. I can honestly say I can't remember how we first met because I feel like she's been a friend all my life. Hali is the most caring, genuine person I have ever met. I admire her for her love of helping others and putting God first. So happy to have her included in something that means so much to me.

I have known Erin since we were younger. Not only is she like family, she is a true friend! We have shared so many good times and I am excited to share this next one together as well. I have known Ryan for over a decade too. He is one of my closest friends and is definitely smarter than Joannie. I don't know if he can build "anything" like Joannie, but he can shoot really good. He shares my sense of humor and outlook on life. I couldn't ask for a better best man and loyal friend to share this day with me.
Tyler (Jack) Sandler

I've known Tyler all his life, he's our son. He laughs at all my jokes even when I'm not joking. I can always count on Tyler when I need him. He's one of the greatest guys you'll ever meet, even though when I asked him to be a groomsman he said, "Isn't that for your friends!!" Even still, I'm excited to spend this special day with him, "as my friend."

Hopefully you'll get a chance to see Captain Tyler on the boat.

Q is also one of my dearest friends. We bonded over our love for tech and guns. Q has always provided sound advice and direction when I needed it. As a loving father, dedicated peer, and trusted friend, I have always looked up to him. Q is also smarter than Joannie, but is probably a tie with Ryan. He is definitely a better shot than Ryan, but don't tell Ryan. I am excited to have Q share in this special day with me.

I have known Stuart all my life, he's my cousin. Not only is he my cousin, he is a very good friend. A cousin is a little bit of childhood that can never be lost.  Stuart is definitely smarter than Ryan, but probably tied with Q.  Thank you for always being the person I can count on when needed. I am grateful to have you in my life and I'm excited to have you share this day with me.

Ronnie Rhodes

I met Ronnie in the academy in 2005 when he was screaming, "Come on waterboy, catch me..." while I was chasing him. Then later in our careers we worked together in patrol in Mission Viejo in 2011. Since that time we have become close friends and share the same views on life. I'm grateful for his sense of humor and willingness to always listen and be a sounding board. I have always looked up to him. He is a loving father and I'm lucky to have him as a friend. I am excited to have Ron share in this special day with me.
