How much will this cost?
Please reach out to Modern Travelworks for a travel quote. Generally speaking, rooms booked through our room block begin at $525 per room per night when booking double occupancy. Food and Beverages are included in the price of your room. You will be able to make payments on your room reservation until October 25, 2023.
What if I am unable to take time away from work/home?
We completely understand that balancing work, life, and finances can be challenge.
We are hoping to live stream the ceremony for those who cannot attend in person.
Additionally, check back on our events page as we will be adding details for our local wedding shower and feel free to send your well wishes by signing our online guestbook!
Is there anything that’s not included?
Hard Rock is an all inclusive resort, however, there are some things (bowling, the Casino, etc.) on the resort grounds that are for an additional fee. It is also a good idea to bring some 1’s and 5’s for the bartenders, servers, housekeeping, etc. that are taking care of you throughout your stay. Additional excursions or spa treatments are also not included and can be paid with a credit card at the hotel.
Can I book directly with the resort/with another booking source?
Hard Rock requires that all wedding guest book their stay through a single booking source. If you do not book through Modern Travelworks the resort will not count you as part of our wedding group and will not allow you to attend wedding events.
Modern Travelworks has negotiated pricing with the resort to ensure all guest receive the best rate. This helps us keep track of who is attending, who is booked, or who still needs to book.
What if I find a cheaper price online?
Our Agents worked hard to ensure you receive the best rates possible. If you do happen to find a more affordable option online, just let them know and they’ll see if they can get the same price. This allows us to include you with the rest of the wedding party, so you all get the same group benefits.
When should I book by?
Please book and have your deposit paid by June 7, 2023 to allow us enough time to plan and give you ample time to make payments.
Are we able to switch the dates of stay after we make our deposit?
We recognize that our guest may want their dates to be flexible until their flights have been booked. You may work with the Travel Agent to adjust your dates based on availability up until your final payment has been made.
Am I able to stay at another resort and still attend the wedding festivites?
Our preference is that everyone stays at Hard Rock and books through Modern Travelworks. This ensures we are able to provide you transportation to and from the resort and that you are able to attend all of our wedding events.
However, the resort does allow a small amount of our wedding guest to purchase guest passes for the ceremony day. Passes are $136 USD per person.

How will I get to and from the resort/airport?
We would love to provide transportation for our guests transportation to Hard Rock from the airport and back.
After booking your flight, please email us (costelloshiell2024@gmial.com) your flight information to ensure your transportation is secured.
Do I need to attend all wedding events?
We only ask that you attend the wedding day events on April 5, 2024. Please consider all other events we are hosting as optional (see events page). We understand that our family and friends are investing their time and money by taking this vacation and celebrating with us. Please take time for yourselves to do the things you enjoy while on vacation. We are just glad you decided to join us on our wedding day!
