1. What is the dress code for your wedding?
The dress code for our wedding will be semi-formal. Semi formal wedding attire sits at the sweet spot between understated dressy and elevated casual. Think: flowy dresses, simple suit jackets, and timeless silhouettes. Remember we are in the tropics so linens and light fabrics are recommended.
2. Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?
Are the venues indoors or outdoors? Our wedding celebration will take place on Friday, June 21, 2024 at wedding venues that are located onsite at the Generations Resort Property. Our wedding ceremony will be located at the Sky Terrace followed by cocktail hour on the Pier. We’ll dance the night away during our reception located on the Sky Terrace. All venues are outdoors.
3. Am I allowed to bring my children?
We love your little ones! However, to allow all of our guests, including parents, the chance to have an evening of fun and relaxation, we request that the ceremony and reception be for adults only.
4. Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?
Yes! Please RSVP to our additional events by April 15, 2024 per the google form emailed to you.
5. Which airport do you recommend to fly into? Cancun International Airport is approximately 30min drive from the resort.
6. How do we get from the airport to the resort?
The resort now offers FREE transfers with your hotel package and stay. Please contact Amanda from GLOW travel to arrange your transfer.
Please note the complimentary transfers are shared so there may be a maximum of 3 stops. Transfers are first come first served, so Lomas will not be able to wait for a group to travel together.

The cost for a private transfer is $144.00 per vehicle (1-7 guests) round trip for a standard vehicle. Or $276.00 per vehicle round trip for a luxury vehicle. Each guest must be arriving on the same flight for the private transfer.”
