The bride and groom will arrive Wednesday afternoon for wedding preparations.

Meet & Greet

Please join us for a welcome party to kick off the weekend. Enjoy cocktails and appetizers while you mingle with Shadonna and Sherman and other guests. 

Dress Code

Please wear all white attire.

Wear any white attire, can be casual or dressy....It’s up to you. Keep in mind its on the beach!

The Ceremony

Location: The Stone Gazebo

Vows will be short and sweet.

BEACH PHOTOS

5:30pm-6:00pm

Please follow the photographer and wedding coordinator's instructions. We will be taking professional group and family photos after the ceremony.

Feel free to stick around the beach and take your own photos & selfies.

This is also the perfect time to head back to the room and change your shoes or freshen up. Cocktails and Hors D'oevres will start at 6pm.
Cocktail Hour

6:00pm-7:00pm

Location: The Skybar

Hors D'oeuvres & Cocktails at our reception location, accompanied with the sound of a live Mexican trio.
DINNER & DANCING

7:00pm-11:00pm

A FUN DAY IN THE SUN

We can't thank you enough for traveling all this way to celebrate our wedding with us. As a Thank You we're hosting a private tour on a catamaran to Isla Mujeres. Open Bar, food, and snorkeling included!
