stuff to sleep on

For those of you staying in cabins, you'll want to bring a pillow, and a sleeping bag or sheets.  For those coming from afar you have the option to rent from Becket. We also have extras.

Stuff to Drink

We will provide drinks for Friday cocktail hour and dinner.  Please bring your favorites to share on Saturday. 

Active Stuff

We hope to be outside for much of the weekend.  Things you might want:

Flashlight

Towels

Sunscreen

Bugspray

Cleats (if you want to play Ultimate Frisbee)

Hat/shades

Your favorite pool/lake floatie

Board games/outdoor/beach games

Clothes

We hope to spend the majority of the weekend outside. You'll want:

Sneakers - Camp Becket is quite large and there will be lots of walking if you wish to explore the camp.  There is plenty of hiking as well.

Warm clothes (it can get cold at night)

Swimsuit (Camp Becket's Rudd Pond will be open to our guests to kayak/canoe, swim, or go fishing)

Cleats (if you plan to play Frisbee)

Raincoat/umbrella - fingers crossed you wont need it

Wedding clothes

Stuff to eat

We'll provide meals for everybody for the weekend but if you'll want snacks in between be sure to pack them!

Instruments

We hope to have some jam sessions by the fire so bring your ukulele, guitar, trombone, trumpet, drum, piano and /or singing voice

Cameras

We're hoping some of our talented friends and family who enjoy photography can get some nice pictures during the weekend.  We'll have a pro (an especially talented family member) for the ceremony, but could use your help for the rest of the weekend.

Chairs

On Saturday there will be canoes, kayaks, and row boats available for anyone who is interested.  We will also have lawn games setup near the waterfront.  So bring a stadium chair or picnic blanket to hang out on.
