RSVP Deadline

When should we RSVP by?

To ensure that we are properly prepared to host all our dear family and friends we kindly ask that you RSVP on or before November 12th, by using the link provided on this wedding website.

RSVP Info

What should I do if I cannot make it?

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “NO”, so that we may plan accordingly.

Guest List

Are we able to bring additional guests?

Unfortunately, due to venue restrictions, we are unable to accommodate additional guests, so only those listed on your invitation will be able to attend.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Plus-One’s

If my significant other or plus 1 is unable to attend, can I extend the invitation to someone else?

We ask that if someone in your party is unable to attend please do not replace them with someone else. Please let us know so we may extend the invitation to another individual whom we would like to share our special day with.

Adults-Only Celebration

Are we able to bring our children?

As much as we love your little ones, due to venue restrictions, this will be an adult-only celebration. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on the day!

Attire

What is the dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is formal or black-tie optional. We ask that ladies wear floor-length gowns or elegant cocktail attire and that gentlemen wear a tuxedo or dinner suit with a tie/bowtie.

NOTE: We highly recommend that ladies opt for chunky heels, wedges, platform sandals, flats, or any comfortable yet elegant footwear, instead of thin stiletto heels, as unevenly paved stone and loose gravel rocks make up most of the venue’s walking paths.

Parking

Valet or Self Parking Options

If you desire the VIP experience, we have complimentary valet service available for your convenience; however, if you prefer to take a stroll to take in the scenery and self-park, you may do so as well.

Dining

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

During cocktail hour, we'll be serving a variety of hors d'oeuvres. To follow, dinner will be served "buffet-style", with a selection of meat, fish, and vegan dishes.

Dietary Restrictions

I have dietary restrictions, what’s the best way to communicate that with you?

We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP about any dietary needs or allergies you may have, so that we may prepare the necessary accommodations with our caterer.

Lodging

Are there any accommodations available nearby?

Information on where to stay and hotel room block details coming soon! Please visit our “Travel” page for more information.

Unplugged Ceremony

Can we take photos or videos during the wedding ceremony?

We’ve hired a photographer and videographer and would love to have our ceremony captured without any phones, cameras, or other devices in them. We kindly ask that you please put away your digital devices during our "unplugged" wedding ceremony. Fortunately, all professional photos and videos taken during our ceremony will be made available to guests after the wedding.

Registry

Are you registered anywhere?

Please know that your love and company on our wedding day are the greatest present of all! However, for friends and family who have expressed an interest, we have created a gift registry for your convenience. Alternatively, a contribution to our honeymoon fund would be warmly appreciated. Our gift registry and honeymoon fund can be accessed in this website's registry section, or by clicking on the link provided below.

Wedding Pictures

Can we take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Yes, we love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures using our wedding hashtag #YappilyEverAfter so we can see them, too!

Song Requests

Can I request a specific song or make a song suggestion for the reception?

We'd love to include your favorite songs in our celebration! Please provide your song requests or suggestions when you RSVP, so that we may share them with our DJ.

Itinerary

What time should guests arrive at the ceremony?

We kindly ask that guests arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of the ceremony to allow for seating and any last-minute adjustments. Guests may enjoy the selection of welcome beverages that will be served during this time.

Weather

Is there a backup plan in case of inclement weather?

Yes, we have a contingency plan in place. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to an indoor location at the venue. Rest assured, we will make every effort to ensure the celebration goes on smoothly.
