Lexington is in the foothills of the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. This historic and quaint town is also home to VMI, where Eric attended college. The fall is a beautiful time to visit this vibrant town. We encourage you to plan ahead and make reservations in town accordingly, as hotels and restaurants fill up quickly!

Dining

Here are a couple of our favorite restaurants. We recommend booking dinner reservations as early as possible, as Lexington is a small town and places book up fast, particularly for large groups!

Bistro on Main: Upscale dining on Main Street.
Blue Sky Café: Fresh, regional ingredients and great baked goods with a variety of lunch wraps, sandwiches, and salads.
Haywoods: A fun piano bar and grill.
Nikos: Offers Greek and American classics… a great spot to try for breakfast!
• Pure Eats: Another gr0eat option for breakfast sandwiches and donuts.
• Salernos: A local pizza and pasta restaurant.
• Southern Inn: Serves a contemporary seasonal menu… don’t skip on the fried chicken!
