All guests are invited to stop by the venue for BBQ dinner, gelato, and drinks to kick off the wedding celebrations any time from 6:30 to 8:00pm! Gelato will be provided by Pronto Via. The bride and groom look forward to spending some extra time with you before the big day!

Thank you for choosing to share this special day with us! Handicap assistance around the farm will be provided for those in need. Additionally, Ubers/Lyfts can be difficult to secure, so transportation to and from Big Spring Farm will be provided. We look forward to seeing you!

Transportation

Transportation will be onsite at The Gin Hotel at 3pm and the first shuttle will depart at 3:15pm for the wedding ceremony. Transportation home from the event will occur on a rolling basis, with the final boarding call at 10:35pm.
