We understand with everything going on in the world with COVID-19 & world events, it's hard to plan far in advance, so we have set the deadline to RSVP (30) days prior to the wedding. We ask that you give us your preliminary decision by September 06,2022.
We are continuously monitoring CDC/government health guidelines in regards to events & will be taking precautions / providing updates as the date nears.
--Sanitary Stations will be added throughout the wedding and guests are welcome to bring/wear masks.
Plus Ones
Unless otherwise noted, please refrain from bringing any additional guests or children to the wedding events.
Please refer to your invitation or contact our wedding planner in regards to whether you have been granted a plus one.
Photos & Social Media
We will have an unplugged wedding ceremony (10/06/22), but welcome you to share the events leading up to & the reception.
Please note that there will be a professional photography & videography team there to capture the special moments.

The most convenient airport for air travel for out-of-town guests is the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL). The airport is located roughly 25-35 minutes from the main hotel & Ceremony Venue (depending on time of day). Easiest way to travel from the airport to the hotel or venue is by ground transportation [Taxi, Town Car, Uber, Lyft).

Cocktail Hour & Plated Dinner Menu | Please Review
Cocktail Hour light bite offerings will be offered directly after the ceremony during Cocktail Hour from 6:30pm-7:30pm.
During the dinner service, guests will be served a three course plated dinner, with selections prepared by distinguished Executive Chef Ron of BPW Catering and Events. Each guest is requested to confirm their desired 2nd Course Entrée when RSVP/confirming attendance via the RSVP portion of the website.
