The reception is taking place at the same place . Calamigos Ranch in the Oak Room

What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at 4.00pm , ready for the ceremony to start at 4.15pm .

Do I have to mail back my RSVP or can I RSVP online?
Both . Please rsvp on line and then please mail in your rsvp card that will come with your invitation . You will also be required to pre choose your meal of choice on the rsvp card and do let us know any dietary requirements that you might have , so the chef can prepare in advance .

When should I RSVP by?
Please rsvp by October 1st , 2020

What is the dress code for your wedding?
Formal attire

Are there any colors you would prefer me not to wear?
Just not white ;)

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?
We have room blocks at the following hotels. . The Four Seasons Hotel , The Westlake Village Hotel , and The Hyatt Regency . Please check the hotel tab for booking information and room cut off dates .

Is there parking available near the ceremony and reception venues?
We will be providing shuttles from Westlake Village Inn , The Hyatt Regency and The Four Seasons Hotel . There is hosted valet parking at the location , but we recommend that you take the shuttle that we are providing for you for your safety at night . Uber is also a little difficult to get as well , as the reception is not great at the location and you may be waiting a while .

Can I bring a plus one?
Your invitation will say who is invited to the wedding. If you can bring a plus one , it will say “ Guest of “ or your guests name.

Can I bring my children?
We love all your little ones, but this is an adult only wedding and we would love for you to come and enjoy some adult time with us ( unless you want kids there ?: )

Will the ceremony and cocktail hour be taking place indoors or outdoors ?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside . We will have heaters and it should be a beautiful night but please bring a wrap incase . The reception will be inside 

What type of food will be served?

We will be serving a plated meal

Will there be vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free food options?
Yes, there will be Vegan/ Vegetarian and Gluten free options . Please let us know when you rsvp if you require a special meal and any dietary needs and allergies that you might have .
