"Kristen and I met in the summer of 2012 at SMU’s new student orientation (AARO). We were by the front entrance of the Dedman Recreation Center, eating our free Pokey O’s ice cream sandwiches, when we locked eyes… and the rest was history! Together, we spent enough all nighters working on computer science projects, we celebrated our first big girl jobs, and we continue to celebrate such milestones (even when we’re 1500+ miles apart).
