Kelsey and Chad have partnered with Casey Muller, a travel consultant with HotSpots Travel Group. We encourage you to contact her to make your travel arrangements, and/or if you have any questions or concerns. Casey will take great care of you before, during and after you travel. Call or email Casey to confirm your resort reservation with a non-refundable deposit of $100 per person. See Room pricing guide and additional information tab to select your room type. The deposit deadline is June 23rd, 2021. Your reservation booking will be your RSVP. Reservations can be added to the group after the deadline; however, rates and availability will be based on the current rates and availability at the time you are ready to make a deposit. To make payments toward your trip after your initial deposit, simply call or email Casey with the amount you would like to pay on the card used for the deposit, or if you would like to use an alternate form of payment you can either call with the new card information or send a check if you prefer. A receipt for the payment with your updated balance will then be emailed to you. Final payment will be due August 19th, 2021.

This can be done at any time, you do not need to have your flights confirmed when making your resort room reservation we can add flights later. Book your flights however you choose, HotSpots can book them for you or use those reward miles, points, etc!. Reminder: book air into Cancun, the airport code is (CUN). Be aware that airfare is typically due in full at time of booking. If booking your own flights please email Casey your flight itinerary once confirmed so that she can arrange your included roundtrip airport/resort transfers.

Your remaining balance will automatically be applied to the credit/debit card used for the deposit payment on the final payment due date of August 19th, 2021. Should you wish to use an alternate form of payment, please notify Casey before the final payment due date.

Approximately 2-3 weeks prior to departure, you will receive a Travel Packet in the mail. Your Travel Packet will contain confirmation documents, specific details for connecting with your airport transportation and helpful information for your trip.

PASSPORT BOOK: ALL citizens regardless of age traveling to Mexico must have a valid passport book (passport cards are not acceptable for international flights). The passport book should be valid for at least six (6) months past your return travel date. To locate a US Passport Agency and/or additional information, go to www.travel.state.gov or call the passport line at 1-877-487-2778. New passport applications can be downloaded from the website or picked up at any post office, but must be applied for in person. Passport Renewals can be mailed in, instructions are available online

*NEW PASSPORTS OR PASSPORT RENEWALS ARE TAKING LONGER THEN USUAL DUE TO COVID. GET YOUR PASSPORT ASAP IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ONE OR NEED IT RENEWED.  AVERAGE TURN AROUND TIME IS 12-16 WEEKS.  IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PASSPORT IN TIME, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GO REGARDLESS OF CIRCUMSTANCES.  DO NOT WAIT!*
