The Grand Palladium White Sands is a family friendly, All-Inclusive resort. The TRS Yucatan is an Adults Only hotel located in the same resort complex. They are located about 90 minutes south of the Cancun airport on the Caribbean Sea.

Rooms have been held for the “Bustos/Tyson Wedding Group’ these rooms can only be booked through Casey or her team at HotSpots Travel Group. Guests who book with the group by June 23rd, 2021 are guaranteed best pricing at time of booking, and will be protected under the group from being ‘bumped’ should the resort be oversold. Rates below include: noted room category + all-inclusive package + round-trip airport/resort transfers.

Rates listed below are Per Person (pp), and do not include airfare or travel protection.

• 3 Night minimum stay; and you can stay as many nights as you like.

• Single Occupancy is one guest in a room /Double Occupancy is two guests sharing a room / Triple occupancy is three guests sharing a room.

• No resort charge for infants/toddlers ages under 0-3 yrs. For children ages 0-2 using a car seat to and from the airport/resort $30 roundtrip, per child. No fee for lap children ages 0-2. Car seats are not required in Mexico but can be rented for an additional fee.

• Children ages 2-12 qualify for child rates (same rate for children regardless of room category) noted below, when rooming with two/three adults (as the room category allows). If there is just one adult + one child in a room, both the adult and child will be charged at the adult double occupancy rate.

• Please be advised: Bedding and/or any room requests are submitted and up to the resort to fulfill, based on availability at check-in. Requests including bedding type are never guaranteed, unless room category selected specifies bedding type.

• There are a limited amount of rooms in each category available. Additional nights and room categories may be available upon request (current pricing and availability will apply for the non listed room categories). Book early for best options.

We have tried to secure the best rates for the group, but please be advised that resort pricing can fluctuate. This policy will guarantee a full refund or full credit, excluding the cost of the travel protection should you need to cancel up to 2hrs before your flight. It also offers limited trip interruption, stolen or lost luggage coverage and limited covered incurred medical expenses while traveling (restrictions apply).
