Chiarentana Properties
If you are staying at one of the Chiarentana properties below, you will check in with Lorena at the main reception at the Chiarentana Apartments. Check in time is between 3 pm and 6 pm. Please contact Lorena once you know your exact arrival time at +39 347 2532104. If you will be arriving outside of the standard check in times, please contact Lorena to let her know. She mentioned that she will be on the property and available throughout the day. She will have your room assignments as previously communicated to you. For those staying extra nights, she will also work with you upon arrival to settle the remaining nights directly.

If you are staying at La Bandita Townhouse, you will navigate to Pienza to check in at the hotel. See below for navigation guidance. La Bandita Townhouse is located inside the small historic center of Pienza. The area is normally closed to traffic, but we are just 100 meters walking from the unloading area.
Put “LARGO ROMA” into your navigation device. When you arrive here you can unload your luggage and leave your car for a few minutes while you walk the 100 meters to 111 Corso Il Rossellino. If you need assistance, call reception and we will be there in 2 minutes to help with your luggage and explain the parking options (+39 0578 749005).
