Wedding Ceremony

Join us for the Anand Karaj, the Sikh wedding ceremony, a beautiful and spiritual union held in the presence of the Guru Granth Sahib. The ceremony will include kirtan (hymns) and the sacred Laavaan (four wedding vows), symbolizing love, commitment, and shared spiritual growth.

Dress Code

Modest Traditional Attire with Head Covering

Women: Modest salwar kameez or long anarkali with dupatta (must be used to cover your head inside the Gurdwara). Avoid sleeveless or tight-fitting outfits.

Men: Kurta-pajama or formal trousers and collared shirt with a head covering (patka or handkerchief).

Tip: No black or very bright red—opt for soft, elegant colors like pastels or mid-tones. Bring a scarf or use one provided at the Gurdwara for head covering.
