1. What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Our official Wedding Ceremony will commence at 2.30 pm Sharp. Our guests are requested to be seated by 2.15pm latest. Hence, arriving at 2.00pm would be the best suggested time for you. By doing that you can take time to enjoy the atmosphere and settle down peacefully.
2. What is the dress code?
Spring Formals. This include vibrant colors, pastel colors.. and all kinds of color. The couple's only request, is for the ladies to avoid wearing black or white (alone). Furthermore, predicted temperature for the day stands at 15 degrees Celsius, and our cocktail hour is hosted outdoors. So we kindly ask you to keep that in mind when deciding your outfit. Bringing an extra shawl might help the ladies as the evening goes on.
3. Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place in one place? Will it be indoors or outdoors?
Ceremony will be Indoor (St.Thomas the Apostle, Catholic Church - Watertown)
Cocktail Hour - Outdoors (Daglsih Family Courtyard, RBG - Hamilton)
Reception - Indoors (RBG, Hamilton)
Cocktail hour and the Reception will be at the same location, and the church will be 7/11 minutes away.
4. What will the weather be like?
According to AccuWeather, May 16th is predicted to have a 99% of cloud coverage, with a humidity of 74% and wind speed of 19 km/h.Temperature is predicted to be between 07 degrees and 19 degrees depending on the time of day, with an average of 17 degrees for the most part of the day.
5. What will your wedding-day timeline look like?
2.30 - 3.30 pm, Church Ceremony
3.30 - 4.00pm, Family Portraits
5.00 - 6.00pm, Cocktail Hour
6.00 - 6.30 pm, Welcoming of the guests/wedding party
6.30 - 11.30 pm, Activities of the Evening
6. How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?
No transportation will be provided. If you drive and decide to drink, we ask you to have responsible measures in place. (uber home, have a designated driver, or stay at a hotel for the night). your vehicle can be left overnight at the parking lot at no extra charge.
7. Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Yes, a designated parking lot is available at the RBG. You are allowed to leave your car overnight with no extra charge.
8. What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
We'll have a variety of hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour-think bite- sized favorites with veg and non-veg options. For drinks, there will be wine, beer and a signature cocktail or two. At the reception, dinner will be served as buffet, with options for different dietary needs, plus dessert and of course, cake!!!
9.Will there be an open bar?
A ticketed bar has been arranged, with 2 drink tickets per guest, to be used for any regular drink. Drinks beyond 2 tickets, and premium drink will be available for purchase.

11. Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?
We've paid a lot of money and have hired a professional photographer to capture the ceremony moments, so we're kindly asking guests to be fully present in the moment and hold off on taking pictures during that time. Don't worry----we'll be sharing the beautiful photos as soon as we get them.
