Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Mexico! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding
weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've
chosen to stay at the Hilton Vallarta Riviera All-Inclusive Resort, and would encourage you to stay with us!
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in
the same room fill out the form.
2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests.
We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down
nominally.
3. Transportation to and from the airport are included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when
arriving or leaving Puerto Vallarta.
4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as
possible! Deposit to reserve room is $200 per adult unless with insurance then it is $100 per adult plus cost of Insurance.

Hilton Vallarta Riviera is an oceanfront all inclusive with private beach in Puerto Vallarta. Rates include food and beverages at the onsite dining establishments. From fresh early morning coffee to late night snacks you'll find endless options at the 14 onsite dining locations and 4 bars located on site.
This resort has 444 oceanfront rooms all with private balconies, spectacular views of the Bahia of Banderas, and the Pacific Ocean.
Enjoy lounging at one of the oceanfront pools or take a dip to grab a drink at the swim up bar.

We have a 24-hour emergency line available for our clients if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will reach one of our in-house travel agents, who will do what they can to resolve your problem.
Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of the Jack and Elizabeth's wedding party who are booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 39 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.
The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.
If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes. *Day passes are not always available or approved.
