We will be offering shuttles to and from Camp Hale and Vail Village/Lionshead Village. Please go to the shuttle location you indicated on your RSVP. Below are the pick up locations and times. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure.  The shuttles will depart sharply at 3:30pm. If you miss the shuttle you will miss the ceremony. 

3:30 pm: Lionshead - Lionshead transportation center (ground level)

3:30pm : Vail - Vail transportation center (top deck)

If you indicated you were staying at the Doubletree, you have been assigned a shuttle location. Please take the hotel shuttle to the assigned transportation center prior to shuttle departure:

9:15 pm - Early shuttle 

10:30 pm - Final shuttle 

There is plenty of parking at Camp Hale if you would like to drive to the wedding. Camp Hale is a 30 minute drive from Vail down a windy mountain road. Put 7088 US-24
Red Cliff, CO 81649 (or Nova guides) into maps.

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held on grass. Please plan accordingly if you are planning on wearing heels!

We hope you understand our decision to make our wedding adults only (except for our nieces and nephews) and take this as an opportunity to relax and celebrate!

Brunch will be held in the International Room. Come anytime between 9:30 and 11:30am!
