We are very excited to have you join us for our wedding festivities. To make things simple and stress-free, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange their accommodations and transfers. We've chosen to stay at Moon Palace Cancun and want you to stay with us and enjoy the celebration!

Many details are below, but here are a few important things to note:
1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the link below. Do not have 2 people in the same room fill out the form separately.
2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort but rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests. We've quoted prices for the max occupancy.
3. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit via the link below as soon as possible as rooms are limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis!

Our Wedding Date is July 13, 2025
YOU MUST BOOK YOUR DATES WITHIN THE BLOCK!
You must book your room for a minimum 3-night stay. Our group room block is reserved from July 10-17, 2025. You may extend your stay beyond the group block dates based on availability. We kindly ask that you arrive at the resort no later than July 12, 2025.
Go to "Accommodations" section and see which room category you would like to book and then click the BOOK MY ROOM link where you will complete the booking form and your secure credit card authorization. *IMPORTANT* When completing the form, you are only required to complete those fields marked with a RED ASTERIK and the credit card information. (Passenger is GUEST). A minimum non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is due ($200 for a single) in order to secure your room.

If it's Too Good to Be True, it Usually Is
Expedia displays two rates. It defaults to the Non-Refundable rate automatically. By booking this rate, you are saving money yes, but you are 1) paying in full for your reservation and 2) should you have to cancel or make a change, you are unable to get a refund. Period. Our rates are flexible and refundable up until 5 days prior to arrival.
The pricing listed by Expedia for the Flexible Rate is actually very misleading. They present a lower rate in the option to select your room, but once you choose the category and move to the next step to input guest details, the final total is actually shown.
EXAMPLE 4-NIGHT STAY: With a total of $2,788.16 USD, the nightly rate comes to a total $697.04 USD per night. It is actually higher than what is currently confirmed through our group block. It is an easy trap to fall into.
Our group is confirmed at a rate of $662 USD per night, which is more competitive than Expedia. A 4-night stay, for example, would be $2,648 USD and it includes a $500 USD resort credit, not offered by Expedia. They only offer a $250 USD spa credit through Expedia.
Rooms booked through Expedia may not qualify for wedding attendance if you are over the 20% allotted guest count. THINK BEFORE YOU BOOK!

Shared Round-Trip Airport Transportation is the standard service provided from/to the CUN airport. Your transportation is NOT included with a 3-Night minimum stay and will be added to your room upon check-in. The cost is $26.pp. If you are staying for 4 nights, the shared transfers are complimentary. You have the option to request an upgrade to private transfers at the time of booking. Is Your Passport Current?
Your passport must be valid 6 months from the return date. Please check your expiration date to verify it is current. Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check in. Be Protected From the Unexpected
Travel Protection is highly recommended. The average cost of your travel protection is about 10% of the total trip cost.
Why do I need travel insurance?
Because sometimes you have to cancel a trip last-minute for an unexpected reason, or just because.
Travel Protection can be purchased with Cancel for Any Reason Coverage (CFAR). If you cancel your trip for any reason not otherwise covered by the plan, it provides up to 75% reimbursement of your non-refundable trip costs if you cancel 48 hours or more prior to departure. To be eligible for CFAR, you must purchase your plan the day your initial trip deposit is received. You must also insure the costs of any travel arrangements subsequently added to your trip within the day of payment or deposit for those additions. For example, your airfare.
Your payment for this Plan MUST BE RECEIVED the day of your Initial Deposit Payment for Your Trip is applied. If you do not purchase insurance at time of deposit, you will not be able to add this at a later date and a declination of coverage will be required before your final documents will be issued. It is important that you book your wedding room reservation inside our reserved group room block. When booking OUTSIDE of the group room block, you will be charged a fee by the resort to attend any pre-wedding private festivities and the wedding ceremony/reception itself and we are limited as to how many outside guests may attend. By booking the group block in advance, Crystal & Moises are guaranteeing availability and discounted pricing for their guests. By doing so, you will ensure to have your room requests communicated to the resort, your transfers booked for you & you can rest assured every detail will be attended to. Concierge services are included at no additional charge to you. Any room not booked through Talavera Travel is not eligible for any upgrades or services, including the preparation of final travel documents.
Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, are on a first-come, first serve basis. We will do our best to honor the discounted rate outside the reserved rooms; however, the early-booking discount and additional space is not guaranteed. Last day to RSVP & Deposit on your room is March 10, 2025! The discounted rate is ALL-INCLUSIVE of accommodations, meals, drinks, taxes & gratuities. We are confident in our pricing but if you should find a lower price outside of Talavera Travel LLC for the same components, please allow us an opportunity to match the price. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends at the same resort to celebrate with Crystal & Moises.
Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process. It is important to include the CID code for your credit card. To reserve your room and apply your deposit, please click the "Book My Room" Link Below. You will receive a reservations confirmation and invoice for approval form within 72 business hours.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY ALL AT ONCE!
Book early and take advantage of the easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Talavera Travel, LLC (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Credit Card for any amount you'd like and how often you choose.
A minimum deposit of $100 per person is due at time of booking in order to secure your room.
