We love the opportunity to dress in ballgowns and class it up, but we also love a good old cowboy hat. Wear whatever your heart desires! 

The wedding shuttles will pick up and drop off at the Tommie/Thompson Hotel.

If you are planning to take the shuttle, we encourage and kindly request that you are ready and on standby in the hotel lobby to begin boarding between 3:45pm and 4:00pm. 

Shuttle Schedule:

3:45pm - Shuttle #1 arrives at hotel. Guests may begin boarding. 

4:00pm - Shuttle #1 departs

4:00pm - Shuttle #2 arrives at hotel. Guests may begin boarding.

4:15pm - Shuttles #2 departs

4:15pm - Shuttle #3 arrives. Guests may begin boarding.

4:30pm - Shuttle #3 departs

5:00pm - Final shuttle departure from hotel (return of Shuttle #1). Please note we do not recommend intentionally waiting to take this last shuttle. There are enough seats for all guests if each of the earlier shuttles are filled to capacity. If the last shuttle is full and additional seats are needed, those guests will need to make their own way to the wedding via ride share, Uber or Lyft.

11:00pm - Early return shuttle from venue back to hotel

12:00am - Final returns to hotel
