You're invited! Please join Chelsea and Josh as they celebrate their wedding week in Mexico! They have chosen the stunning Secrets/Dreams Bahia Mita Resort. Rooms are blocked with special rates May 20th-27th. The couple is working with me, Jenene Mealey at Travel With Awestruck, to make this trip fun and stress free. Please read all of the important information on this website before completing the reservation form to reserve your room.

Booking Information and Deadlines-We have held a certain number of rooms in each room category so book early to make sure that the room you request is available. There is a $500 Room deposit to reserve your room. A second payment of 50% of the room balance is due on or before January 2, 2023. We must release all of the rooms in our group block by January 3rd. Final payment is due on March 2, 2023. If you choose to purchase optional travel insurance, the insurance premium is due within 21 days of the time of deposit.

Is there are payment plan? There are no set requirements for payments, as long as payments are made by the deadline. You may pay as much or as little as you'd like and we make it easy for you to do so.

Do I need a passport? Yes, all US travelers are required to have a passport including infants and children.  We recommend checking your passport now to see if you need to renew - please don't wait until the last minute! If you already have a passport, please check the expiration date. The U.S. State Department recommends that international travelers have 6 months of validity on their passport after their return trip date. The passport card or enhanced drivers license is NOT valid for air travel. The only acceptable document is the passport book. All Inclusive resorts are priced per person, based on how many individuals are booked in a room.

Why book with Travel With Awestruck? The couple has paid a deposit to pre-reserve rooms for your group. They have a group contract that allows them to offer additional benefits for their guests. There are several reasons why you should honor the group's wishes and book the hotel portion with the group:
The group has worked with me to negotiate a contract for the ENTIRE group. This includes a special set rate and included transportation to and from the airport.
Groups are given priority status at the resort, so you might miss out on some VIP treatment.
Groups are given priority room assignments, so if you book directly, you're likely getting a room that couldn't be sold to a group. It will be leftover inventory, probably in a undesirable location away from everyone else.
Groups are given priority in terms of an oversold situation. If the hotel over sells, this group is protected but your reservation is not. You could be walked to another location.
Guests who do not book within the group contract unfortunately:
Will not get the group rates
Will have to pay up front vs. over time.
Will not receive any pre-departure, trip support or post-trip support from me.
Unfortunately, I cannot assist with travel arrangements made outside of the group, nor can I assist in the event of an emergency.
Will be required to pay a day pass on property to attend wedding events. Note: Day pass sales are not guaranteed and are extremely limited.

The resort is situated on the golden sand beaches of the Banderas Bay in the exclusive area of Riviera Nayarit. From the beach, guests can see the beautiful “Islas Marietas” known for its famous beach of love. This resort offers Unlimited-Luxury® privileges, including pool and beach wait service, daily activities, live entertainment and complimentary WI-fi. All suites offer modern decor and refined luxury amenities, including 24-hour room service, turn-down service, and a daily refreshed mini-bar. This eco-friendly resort designed by the famous architect, Sordo Madaleno, features incredible views of Banderas Bay surrounded by an amazing jungle, and a nursery with over four thousand plant species. It is the only resort in Mexico with 480 seismic isolators providing for an added layer of protection. Secrets is for adults only (18 and over)  and Dreams welcomes children of all ages. The resorts are adjoining and offer exchange privileges. Guests staying on the Secrets side will enjoy two resorts in one with free flowing access to Dreams. 

We kindly ask that you arrive at the resort no later than May 21, 2023 to partake in all of the festivities.

The rates below are based on two adults sharing a room. The rates for one person to stay alone in a room at all-inclusive resorts are much higher than the per person cost of two adults sharing a room.

Children ages two and under are free and children three to twelve years old are $79/night when staying in a room with two adults.

To book your room:
*All guests will need to complete the reservation form below.
*​​Roommates should designate ONE person to fill out the form (one form per room, not per person).
1. Gather Your Info: We will need the full passport name & DOB for everyone in your room. Still waiting for your passport? That's OK! Just use the name you used or will use on your passport application.
2. Completely Fill Out The Form: Select the Number of Passengers and the form will dynamically create spaces for everyone in your group. Fields marked with an asterisk * are REQUIRED.
3. Submit! Once we receive it, we will review & send an invoice for you to review & approve before paying your deposit. Please allow 48 hours for a reply.

When you submit your form there will be a message  "We cannot add Cancel For Any Reason insurance after deposit, however we can add other traditional insurance at a later date." This does not apply to this group. We can add insurance up to 21 days after the initial deposit date. Please ignore "Step 4" on the form below. DO NOT include payment information when you submit your form. We will send a confirmation for you to review and this will include a link to submit your credit card information.

While the group requests that you book your room in our group block, you are welcome to book your own airfare. ​Due to contract deadlines, we recommend booking your hotel room as early as possible and adding flights when you're ready. If you book your own flights, please forward your airline confirmation email to me no later than April 1, 2023. This is how we schedule your transportation pick up at your destination. The best airport option for this hotel is PVR (Puerto Vallarta International airport). Guests who do not submit their flight information by the deadline will forfeit their included transfers. If you would like assistance with flights, we are happy to help! There is a $50 ticketing fee included in all of our air quotes.

Because group reservations at all inclusive resorts are pre-paid and non-refundable, travel insurance is encouraged to protect your investment. Life is unpredictable; plans can change.
The cost of insurance is based on your age, your state of residency and the total cost of your trip. Due to this, travel insurance prices will be quoted for each individual guest. Without insurance, there are no refunds should your plans change. Without insurance, you will also not have medical coverage for mishaps or catastrophic events. Your US health insurance will not work outside of the United States.
