In February 2016 two people went on the infamous dating app 'Tinder' to meet someone amazing to date. After a week of chatting an opportunity arose to meet up. Accompanied by two of Charlotte's friends Kirsti and Mike (incase Allan was strange haha) Allan and Charlotte met up at Greenstone to go play adventure golf. Adventure golf turned into dinner and then a walk around the mall where we straight away started opening up to one another. We felt so comfortable that I (Charlotte) invited Allan to my birthday party, which was the next day. To Charlotte's surprise Allan said he would come, and so, after just one date he met all of Charlotte's friends and her whole family!
In the next few weeks we became extremely close and started dating on the 4th of March 2016. This is where our love story began... We have shared so many laughs and adventures together; from road tripping across the country to get to a different parkrun event, through to family holidays in the Cape and Durbs but most of all our shared love for animals and nature which has resulted in countless visit's to the Kruger National Park.
Our love story continued, and on the 28th of December 2018 (while at our happy place in Ballito) Allan and Charlotte went on a early morning beach walk which turned into the most romantic proposal, followed by a 5 star dinner at The Oyster Box hotel in Umhlanga.
We cannot wait for the next chapter of our love story, which includes are beautiful wedding on the 16th of December 2019!
