Important information!
Pack your bags, we're going to Mexico!
To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. Here are some initial important things to note:
1. If you have questions, or want to book dates OUTSIDE the block, please reach out to Denise with Susan's Travel Services at Weddings@SusanSTravelServices.com or 480-238-6101 We work Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm Pacific time.
2. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.
3. If you are booking more than 1 room, we strongly suggest doing separate reservations.
4. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests.
5. Transportation to and from the airport CAN BE INCLUDED in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun.
6. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please reserve your room and finalize your deposit ASAP!
Our room Block is June 19-26th, 2022
We have chosen the beautiful Hyatt Ziva Cancun for our destination wedding. This is family-friendly resort and has an adults-only section in the Turquoize Tower. This hotel has many amenities including three pools, two beautiful beaches, a health club and spa, 8 unique restaurants, 3 lounges, 6 bars, non-motorized water sports, and daily and nightly entertainment.
IF you choose not to stay here, you will EACH have to pay for a FULL Day pass to attend the wedding at $180 per person no matter the age to attend.
Although this resort is family-friendly, we’re respectfully asking our guests to make this an adults only celebration! We have blocked 3 room categories for you to choose from:
Resort View double - 5 rooms available
Enjoy a private balcony overlooking the resort in this 483 sq ft room. Included is a complimentary mini bar and Wifi, floor-to-ceiling windows that open with blackout drapes, marble bathroom with separate shower and magnified makeup mirror, hairdryer plus premium bath amenities, robe and slippers, rollaway bed and 24-hour room service, upon request. Room sleeps 4 guests.
Ocean Front Double Beds - 5 rooms available
Unwind in a 483 sq ft room with direct Caribbean Sea views. Included amenities are the same as above. Room sleeps 4 guests.
Adults only Turquoize Ocean Front Master - 24 rooms available (18 years old and older ONLY)
Unwind amid nearly 700 square feet within Hyatt Ziva Cancun's Turquoize suites, the new adult-only (18+), all beachfront tower featuring a balcony with private hot tub and seating section and dazzling ocean views. Included amenities are the same as above PLUS a bathroom with unique floor-to-ceiling glass corner shower, access to private check-in, adult-only dining, a rooftop infinity pool, and private elevator access to Zen Spa, complete with complimentary hydrotherapy services. You also have in-room tablets to order room service or reach your butler, rollaway bed and 24-hour room service at your request. Room sleeps 3 adults 18+.

The closest airport to the resort is Cancun International Airport (CUN).
We recommend booking your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline. Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them! Susan's Travel Services doesn't book the flights but will help with Transfers to and from the hotel once you are done!
We are happy to help with your transfers! You can request a transfer at the time you book your room (if your flight is already booked) OR you can book directly below!
Be protected from the unexpected.
Travel Insurance may cover between 75% – 100% of trip cancellation and many other things like unexpected medical expenses, baggage, and flight delays.
The Cancel For Any Reason insurance is the ONLY option available that covers cancellation due to COVID.
You must purchase the insurance no later than 14 days from the day you make your reservation. FYI, CFAR is not available for New York State residents.

We (Susan's Travel Services) are not a licensed insurance company and can not legally answer any insurance-related questions.
Make Sure your passport is 100% valid!
It is time to check your passports to make sure you know where they are and that they have not expired. It is important to know that since you’re traveling out of the country, you must have a valid Passport through December 2022!

You don't have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the Easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Susan’s Travel Services, LLC permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose. A minimum non-refundable deposit of $200 per room is required to hold your reservation and you can make MONTHLY payments till final payment. Ask the Susan’s Travel Services Team how!

DO YOU OFFER TRAVEL INSURANCE?
Yes. We offer “Cancel for ANY Reason” insurance with your room block. It is the only insurance that will cover COVID! It covers cancellation up to 48 hours BEFORE you travel and you get back 75% of the cost of the trip. We also sell insurance that is "Cancel for Covered Reason." Contact Susan Green and her team for more information.
DO YOU BOOK AIRFARE?
No. We do not book airfare for the trip as many guests use miles and other options, but we suggest using Google Flights or the HOPPER app to track flights. Please email Susan, our travel advisor with your flights once you have them booked so she can help with transfers.
CAN I ADD SOMEONE TO MY ROOM?
Yes. You can always add a person to your room after your reservation has been made as long as it doesn’t go above the room occupancy limit. If you’re waiting to make a reservation because you’re not sure if someone will be with you in the room, we suggest you go ahead and secure your reservation now and then add them later.
CAN I SWITCH THE PERSON IN MY ROOM?
Yes. Just send Susan and her team an email with the name of the guest to be removed along with the name (as it appears on their passport) of the new guest, their birthday, and email address. Once Susan and her team has this information, she will make the adjustment.
OH NO! SOMETHING HAPPENED AND I CANNOT MAKE IT. WHAT DO I DO?
If you can’t make it to the wedding, send to Susan's Travel Services an email (they must have it in writing) letting her know you need to cancel your reservation. They will then email you a confirmation. If you cancel before April 15th, 2022 they will refund you your deposit (minus insurance).
I WOULD LIKE TO STAY AN ADDITIONAL NIGHT BEFORE/AFTER THE ROOM BLOCK. HOW DO I DO THIS?
If you would like to stay for additional nights, please ask Susan Green, our travel advisor, and she will request them for you.
ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS
You will receive your electronic documents for travel confirmation 20 days before the departure date.
CHANGES TO THE TRIP?
There are no changes to any part of the trip within the last 15 days before departure (unless you have insurance). No name changes or date changes are allowed within this period.
