Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Montego Bay, Jamaica! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent, Destination Wedding Expert, to help our guests arrange accommodations. She has secured discounted group rates for us at the resort. Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. There is a 3 night stay minimum. Please arrive at the resort no later than June 29, 2023. This is YOUR vacation as well! You can stay at the resort up to 7 days.
2. A minimum non-refundable deposit of $300 per person is due in order to secure your room. If you book air through this site the full cost of the air would be due at the time of booking too!
3. I recommend 2 people per room for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up 3 adults.
4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit no later than January 2nd, 2023. There are only so many rooms held in the block and once exceeded there are no guarantees we can get more in that room category.
5. ***The full balance is due by April 18th, 2023.*** with another payment due before that on February 5th, 2023. We highly encourage you to stay at the resort. All wedding activities will take place at the resort. If you stay elsewhere, you will have to pay for a day pass to visit the resort starting from $160+ a day/per person which is close to the actual cost when staying at the resort w/ our discounted rates.
6. Please book your flights to Sangster International Airport (MBJ). Flight costs are not included in the resort booking; however, transportation to and from the Montego Bay airport can be added to your reservation when making the hotel booking. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Montego Bay. We recommend booking your flights as early as you can.

We are inviting all wedding guests to sail away with us on a Reggae Cruise Excursion on July 1, 2023.
We will be departing the Hyatt at 2:15p.m. for a 3:00pm. sailing time. We will arrive back at the resort between 5:30p.m.-6:00p.m.
