WHEN WILL THE HAPPY COUPLE BE AT THE HYATT?

Brandon and Brielle will be arriving on June 28, 2023 and staying until July 5th, 2023 when they will be departing for their honeymoon.

We highly recommend taking a red eye or early morning flight to enjoy more time at the resort. Latest suggested arrival date would be June 29, 2023.

WHEN IS THE DEADLINE TO BOOK YOUR ROOM?

We recommend you do it as soon as possible. We have locked a set price for everyone with our destination wedding travel planner. The full balance is due by April 18th, 2023 with another payment due before that on January 18, 2023

As soon as you know you'll be joining us, please place the deposit on your room accommodations. A non-refundable deposit of $300.00 per a person should be made no later than December 1, 2022. Select the book now icon to get an estimate of how much it will cost to attend the wedding before putting down your deposit. No money will be applied to your booking until I receive an approval from you to proceed on your behalf.

SHOULD I TAKE TRAVEL INSURANCE?

Given our current climate, I strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect you before, during and after you travel. The travel insurance has coverage for medical, inclement weather, flight delays/cancellations/missed connections, baggage delays/cancellations, etc.

IMPORTANT: Full cash refund policies MUST be purchased at the time of booking if possible. You cannot add a full refund in the form of cash policy after 7 days of the deposit date. You can purchase regular travel insurance after the deposit date.

The cost of the travel insurance is based on the total cost of your trip + your age (typically 6%-10% of the total cost of the trip). Stephanie will provide individual quotes with your invoice so you can determine if you want to add it or not. If you decide not to purchase the insurance, you will be required to sign a denial waiver.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE WEDDING?

The attire is beach-elegant. A comfortable but dressy jumpsuit or dress for women. Linen pants, dress pants, khaki pants and a button-down shirt (short or long sleeve) for men. Ladies, be sure to bring a comfortable pair of shoes to dance all night in!
