Brenda & John first met at work. To say that Brenda gave no indication of her interest would be an understatement... It wasn't until months later that John began to suspect that maybe it wouldn't be a futile effort to start saying good morning to this mysterious girl in accounting. Even after meeting up for drinks a few times, John still doubted Brenda's interest. "How could such an incredible woman ever be interested in me??" was the question that John often mulled over.
Despite John's best imitation of a tortoise, Brenda was patient and waited until John had the courage to make things official. Once that happened, John wanted to make sure he didn't let Brenda get away and quickly asked her to marry him.
