Dear Family and Friends,
We are SO excited to host you for Bella and Ryan's Rehearsal Dinner on Friday night. We want to make this as easy and seamless as possible for you, so we can focus on the FUN! Traffic can be pretty intense in Dallas on a Friday, so we have buses to take you from the Adolphus to our home. Please see below for the schedule:

4:00pm
Check in at the Adolphus. Please feel free to arrive earlier, and they will try to accommodate an earlier check-in as best as possible.

4:45pm
Please meet in the Adolphus Lobby at this time to board the bus.

5:00pm
PASSENGER BUS LEAVES THE ADOLPHUS AND HEADS TO OUR HOME (aka Club SugaRay) for the Rehearsal Dinner.

6:00pm
Bus arrives at Sarah & Bill’s house and the Rehearsal Dinner begins.

9:00pm
If there are any guests that want to head back to the Adolphus early, one bus will go back at this time.

10:00pm
Rehearsal Dinner is over and all guests need to head to the bus out front, which will take them back to the Adolphus Hotel.
