Pack your bags, we're setting sail to I DO! We've chosen an 8 Night Western Caribbean Cruise aboard Royal Caribbean’s Harmony of the Seas departing on Oct. 11th, 2025 out of Galveston, TX for our Destination Wedding! To make booking your stateroom as simple as possible, we've hired a travel agent to help get you booked at our discounted group block rate.

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. Staterooms can accommodate up to 4 guests in one cabin (suites can accommodate more if needed). Only one (1) person from your travel party needs to complete the room reservation form to get your cabin booked. To complete your booking form: Please select the number of guests that will be in your cabin, list each guest’s legal full name, and birth date on the booking form to get your personalized rate quote. If you are traveling with kids under the age of 12 – our travel agent will check to see if the Kids Sail Free promo is available to get the best rate on your cabin!
2. Round trip transportation to and from the airport can be included in your booking price for an additional fee per guest and can be bundled in with your hotel room reservation payments.
3. To guarantee room availability and discounted group pricing, please book your room by submitting your reservation form and room deposit using the links below as soon as possible.

Wedding group block and stateroom pricing options. Our travel agents can create a personalized quote for families traveling with more than two guests per stateroom. Please note the rates listed below are for 2 adults in a cabin that can only accommodate 2 guests. If you have more than 2 guests in your travel party, you will need a different cabin configuration to accommodate your travel party and the prices will vary based on Royal Caribbean's rates at the time of your booking. You don't have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of our Easy Monthly Payment Plan, it is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your payment in the secured reservation payment form online. It will give 9 Star Adventures Travel Agency, (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.

A deposit of $500 per cabin is due at the time of booking, in order to secure your reservation.

The final balance is due by June 11, 2025. Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines will release any reservations not paid in full by the final due date.

Stateroom are reserved at our discounted group rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our travel agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate if you book after the cutoff date, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. We recommend you reserve your room by submitting your booking form and deposit as early as possible.

Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process.
