Newport Restaurants

Diego's, Bowen's Wharf

Our first ever date spot! We recommend sitting at the upstairs bar for drinks, apps, and dinner. Sunday brunch is also a favorite of ours here. Try the blood orange margs, the nachos, and fish tacos!

Clarke Cooke House, Bowen's Wharf

A Classic Newport restaurant. In July, we recommend their summer sushi menu and champagne! Tip: Try to grab an outside seat right on the wharf, or a bar stool by the window/water.

22 Bowen's Wine Bar & Grille, Bowen's Wharf

Great entrees and great wine. Highly recommend for a nice dinner. In the summertime, enjoy sitting portside with a cocktail!

The Mooring Seafood Kitchen & Bar

Glen's favorite of all the Newport restaurants. Excellent food & service. We recommend any and all raw bar from here!

Midtown Oyster Bar, Thames Street

Great spot for lunch and dinner. Espresso Martinis from here is a must!

Benjamin's, Thames St.

A favorite casual local spot for amazing raw bar and drinks. Arguably the best raw bar/lobster roll/stoli doli in town! Taylor's favorite drink from here- Oh No Mimosas served daily but taste best on the weekends!

Bar 'Cino, Washington Square

Small Italian restaurant with great food and ambiance.

Pasta Beach, Bellevue Ave.

Italian restaurant that serves freshly made pizza dough and in house made pastas.

Newport Beaches
You have not experienced Newport until you have visited one of its 4 public beaches.

1st Beach (Easton’s Beach) is the most popular of them all! This beach features a carousel, playground, volleyball nets, and a snack bar.

2nd Beach (Sachuest Beach) is located next to the Newport bird sanctuary. This is the beach for you if you like to listen to the ocean waves, as it is much quieter and less crowded than 1st Beach.

3rd Beach is located in a cove, so there are no waves here, just peace and quiet. This beach features a public boat ramp.

Gooseberry Beach is located on historic Ocean Drive. This beach is located in a cove, so there are no waves, but there are some massive rocks to climb and dive off of.
