If you have any issues or questions regarding accommodations, please do not hesitate to reach out to Alex or Chandler. If you call The Inn and they give you trouble when trying to book earlier than Friday, kindly ask to speak to the Manager and remind them you are a wedding guest.
We ask those who are Ocean Reef members to please book accommodations directly with the front desk, as to save rooms in the block for visiting guests. Rates are the same for members.

Ocean Reef Club spans more than 2,500 acres, encompassing much more than The Inn. If you would like to rent a private home or condo for your stay at Ocean Reef, click the link below for more information. Please note there are minimum length of stay requirements depending on the size of the home or condo.
For family or friends that are interested in staying together at a larger home or condo:

-We suggest that if you want to rent a larger home/condo you call as soon as possible and make your reservation.
Ocean Reef Club is located on the northernmost tip of the island of Key Largo. While the Club offers a private runway, we recommend flying into any southeast Florida airport and then rent a car and drive or arrange for private transportation. Airport options are as follows:
Miami International Airport (MIA): 54 miles (Approximately 1 hour from Ocean Reef Club)
Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL): 80 miles (Approximately 1.5 hours from ORC)
Palm Beach International Airport (PBI): 120 miles (Approximately 2 hours from ORC)
Ocean Reef Club has a partnership with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. You can drop off or pick up an Enterprise rental car at The Inn. If you choose to rent a car to travel to and from ORC, we recommend a one-way Enterprise rental for both your arrival and return trip. You will not need a car to get around ORC during your stay. To book an Enterprise rental car, call 305.367.2611 and ask for Enterprise car rentals.
You can also coordinate to arrange private transportation with either Carysfort Transportation Inc. or Ocean Reef Transportation, both of which are out of Ocean Reef and offer large SUVs as well as Sprinter Vans. We would recommend groups with similar itineraries explore this option either to and from Ocean Reef.

Uber will take you to the Ocean Reef Club from the airports but given its more remote proximity, they will not be available for your return trip. Our recommendation would be to Uber down to Ocean Reef Club, and arrange for a one-way Enterprise car rental or car service back to the airport. Again, the car service options works well with groups with similar travel arrangements, so try to coordinate with friends.
The Ocean Reef Club is a gated community with strict security. All wedding guests' names will be provided to the front gate in advance. Upon arrival, please let the front gate know you are a guest visiting for the "Finder-Pace" Wedding. You will need to provide names for all adults in your car.
