If you're coming into town to join us for pre-wedding events (yay!), here are some of our favorites that you might like to enjoy on Friday night and Saturday morning. These are some of the hottest places in Charlotte – consider reserving now.

Búho Bar @ Grand Bohemian

Grand Bohemian is a gorgeous new hotel in Charlotte. Búho is the rooftop bar serving some amazing cuisine and drinks. Someone says the cocktails are delicious and that you should order the Machu Picchu and the Búho. They do not take reservations. You'll need to put your name on the list at the lobby host stand. They also have Mico a terrific fine dining restaurant on the first floor of the hotel.

Fahrenheit Charlotte

Sexy view of the city after dark. Ask for a reservation outside. We recommend their steak and the ahi poke nachos.

MOA Korean BBQ & Bar

Upscale Korean BBQ in downtown Charlotte. Young and I ate MOA for lunch and looooved it. It's a cool vibe and would be really nice for dinner. We recommend the marinated LA galbi, bibimbap and corn cheese. Enjoy the bonchon!

Traveling to Charlotte

Flying in or driving

If you'll be flying in, we recommend booking your flight early enough to attend our Welcome Reception on Thursday at 7:00PM. Check out the event page for a list of activities!

Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is just 15 minutes from downtown Charlotte and 18 minutes from the wedding ceremony and reception venues.

Getting Around Charlotte

Everything is quite close in Charlotte! If you're flying in, we recommend Uber, Lyft or renting a car to get around the city and suburbs.

You can walk most places within the city. LimeBikes – pay for length of use – can get you around town.

There are many beautiful, fun areas right around The Duke Mansion area and many beautiful sites in downtown Charlotte – all a very short drive or walk.
