We've listed out the various ways people can travel to Norfolk as well as travel arrangements for the Wedding Day.
Getting to Norfolk:
International Guests:
For those arriving at Heathrow, we suggest renting a car or sharing a taxi to drive to Norfolk, Wells Next The Sea (est. 3 hours)
By Train from London:
Kings Cross Train Station to Kings Lynn Train Station (1hr 50 mins)
From Kings Lynn take a est. 40 minute Taxi to Wells Next The Sea
Travel Arrangements on the Wedding Day:
Getting to the Wedding Venue: We have arranged a coach able to accommodate all guests going from The Globe Inn, Wells Next The Sea, as this is very central location in the small town, to take guests to the wedding venue (10 minute drive)
Getting home from the venue: We have a coach booked for 11.30pm to take guests back to The Globe Inn, Wells Next The Sea as the venue will shut at 11.45pm.
You are also free to drive yourself to the venue and leave your car in the car park. Holkham Hall also allows for cars to be left overnight for those who wish to collect in the morning (between 9am-11am).
If you are booking yourself a taxi, we recommend booking in advance due to demand.
Uber is not readily available in Norfolk but Wells Next The Sea does have UberX.
