Dara and I first met in The Ritz-Carlton Millennia Singapore. I was politely warned not to go out with, or even be close with him. As you can now tell, his persistence and charm lead us to that one casual run by the Botanical garden. The rest is history.

My move to Singapore came at very short notice, when I moved there for work after graduating from College. I never imagined that I would meet my now forever date. It took many months of persuasion but finally Jeda agreed to come on a date with me, the rest is history and now we plan for the future!

Our first holiday together was to Vietnam where we had to decide whether our relationship was worth the stress of long distance romance (as Dara was moving to Dubai). From that first trip, we now have travelled to more than 35 cities together. I am very lucky to have someone as organized as Dara to plan these trips.

With the help of some of our friends, I planned the proposal for December 29, 2018. In keeping with the history of our relationship and where we first met, I chose to propose at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai - It was a fantastic backdrop having the sun setting behind us.
She said yes!
