We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation.

We've chosen to stay at Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa, and would encourage you to stay with us!
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.

3. Transportation to and from the Punta Cana International airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Punta Cana (PUJ)

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

Why book as part of our Room Block with Destination Weddings Expert, LLC?

While DWE can offer competitive prices, we also offer personalized service. Anytime you have a question or concern, you will be able to contact us directly and will not have to go through a call center and speak with a different person each time.

We have a 24-hour emergency line available for our clients if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will reach one of our in-house travel agents, who will do what they can to resolve your problem.

Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of the wedding party who are booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

Please allow up to 48 business hours for an email response.

All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Destination Weddings Expert, LLC (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.

A minimum non-refundable* deposit of $100 per person will be due at time of Reservation Confirmation, subject to availability at the time of booking after this date.

A second, non-refundable deposit of 50% of the reservation's total balance is due by June 4, 2025. Please note that rates and availability will be subject to change after June 4, 2025.

Remaining balance is due by August 6, 2025***

*Please note that due to the terms of the room block contract, all payments are non-refundable. It is highly encouraged for all guests to purchase a Cancel Anytime Travel Insurance policy. Reimbursement terms are subject to supplier terms at time of confirming insurance.

We recommend you book your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.

Since you'll be booking your room with our group, transportation to and from the airport (Punta Cana) is included!

*If you prefer to fly into Santo Domingo (SDQ) you may do so, but airport transfers are NOT included and will incur an additional cost*

We use Google Flights to shop for and track airfare. Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would assistance in booking airfare, please email DWE with your airline preferences. We would be glad to assist.

*Words of Advice*
- If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.
- Please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or cancellations.

NOTE: Most airlines start publishing flights up to 11 months from your departure date.

Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check-in. If you do not have a passport or need to renew it, click below.

Note: Processing time has increased, causing delays in passports. If you will be attending the wedding and need a first-time passport OR need to renew your passport, please do this ASAP. Without it, you will not be able to attend the wedding.

Please also check your expiration date on your current passport. It must be valid 6 months from your return date

There’s nothing like waking up in the morning to everything you ever wanted right outside your door.

Want some thrills for the whole family? Consider an excursion. How about some “me time"? Come replenish in the delectable spa with every beautifying and relaxing treatment imaginable available to you.

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 25 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.

The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes roundtrip airport transfer. Rates are guaranteed for the confirmed rooms held in the group. Additional room categories and dates will be confirmed by the resort.

We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of DWE, LLC please allow us an opportunity to review the pricing component or price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.

Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process.

You will receive a reservation confirmation and invoice within 48 hours.
