Your safety is our top priority! With the safety of our guests, vendors, and staff in mind, we have chosen to take the route of a negative COVID-19 test result and proof of full vaccination for all guests attending the event. This is the only way we see possible to host a safe and responsible event in the current climate! With that said, below are the parameters and criteria for negative COVID-19 tests and proof of vaccination:
All guests will be required to show proof of negative COVID-19 test and proof of full vaccination. It is the responsibility of our guests to ensure that they have met the following criteria before arriving to the venue. If a guest cannot provide verification of either of these options, they will not be admitted to the event – no exceptions.
1. Proof of vaccinations including booster shot (US guests)
2. Proof of vaccinations excluding booster shot (International guests ONLY - boosters are highly encouraged if you can get your hands on it!)
3. A negative Covid PCR test 48hrs prior to check-in
4. On-site Rapid Antigen when you check-in
We understand that these guidelines may bring up some questions or change things for your trip. If you have any questions, concerns or changes to your RSVP, please email our planning team: info@anaisevents.com
We request you submit all documentation as outlined above via email to:
