Transportation to the Immaculata Church is complimentary and will be picking up guests at the Coronado Island Marriott Resort & Spa at 9:45am followed by the Hotel Del Coronado at 10am.
*If you plan to take the bus to the service please be ready and outside by 9:45am at the Marriott and at 10am at the Hotel Del.*
Parking at the Immaculata Church
There are two entrances to the Immaculata. Both will take you to the church.
Take the East or West entrance then follow the road until you see the big blue dome on top.
The church is right next to both parking lots. West of the church and there is a parking lot in the back. You may utilize either.
Cocktail Hour - Vista Terrace - 5:30-6:30 pm
Please dress accordingly as it will be cooler temperatures and is outside.
Formal/ Semi-Formal Evening Attire! Even though we are at the beach classy and dapper attire welcomed.
A tuxedo isn’t required. For gentleman who want to go a bit more casual, they can wear a white shirt with a dark suit and tie. Women are free to wear a long dress, formal separates, a dressy suit, or a chic cocktail-length dress.
Babcock & Story Bar at The Hotel Del Coronado
Come hang with the Bride & Groom for a meet and greet before the Big Day! The bar is located under the big main ballroom - see picture.
See you Friday night - 8:30-10:30pm.
At this time the Del is not offering VALET services. We strongly recommend you use Uber or Lyft.
This is not a hosted event my friends. Please eat before you come OR you may order food and snacks at the bar along with any drinks!
Dress is dressy/casual. We just want you all there.
*Please bring a mask - the bar is both indoor and outdoor. (Not required to wear… but we support whatever makes you feel more comfortable.)
