We've selected Hotels that range from $150 to $350 a night. These are separated by location with a mix of Austin and Kyle. 

The Fairmont Hotel – Elegance at the Heart of It All

For guests who’d like a touch of luxury during their stay, the Fairmont offers timeless elegance and exceptional service. Rooms are available at special group rates, but please note these may be released at any time unless reserved and confirmed. We recommend booking early to ensure availability.

Room Rates (per night, single/double occupancy):
Standard Room – $239
Junior Suite – $299

A mandatory Urban Experience Fee of $35 per night (plus 17.7% tax) will be added to each reservation. This includes daily food and spa credits, Wi-Fi, fitness center access, hotel car service (based on availability), digital magazines, and more.

Self-parking is offered at a discounted rate of $20 per night when using the link to book.

If the Fairmont isn’t the right fit, we’ve arranged additional hotel blocks nearby to provide more options.

The Fairfield Inn – Comfort in the Heart of Rainey Street

Looking for a stay that’s both central and easygoing? Jeff and I will be staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites, and we’ve reserved a courtesy block of rooms for our guests as well. Located in the vibrant Rainey Street district, it’s perfect for exploring Austin’s food trucks, music spots, and riverfront walks.

Homewood Suites – Spacious Comfort Just Steps from Rainey Street

For a comfortable stay near the lively Rainey Street district, we’ve reserved a block of rooms at Homewood Suites. It’s a great option for families or guests who prefer a little extra space and a kitchen for light meals or late-night snacks. Plus, it includes complimentary breakfast—because coffee and waffles make everything better!

Hampton Inn - Buda (Near the Venue)

For guests looking to stay closer to the venue, we’ve reserved a courtesy block of rooms at the Hampton Inn in Buda. While it’s a quieter location and not in the heart of Austin, it’s a convenient option for easy access to the wedding.

Transportation

We want your wedding weekend to be smooth and enjoyable—here’s everything you need to know about getting to and from the celebration.

Wedding Day Shuttle
We’ll be providing a complimentary shuttle to and from the venue for our out of town guests. Shuttle details—including departure times and pickup location—will be shared directly with invited guests. Seating is limited, and RSVPs will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. It is highly recommended that you indicate your shuttle needs when submitting your wedding RSVP. While there’s no cost to ride, a shuttle ticket is required to guarantee your spot.

Getting to the Venue on Your Own
For those not taking the shuttle, ride shares like Uber and Lyft are available, but may have longer wait times —please plan ahead. Ample free parking is available at the venue for guests driving themselves.

Airport Travel
Flying in? Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is about 30–40 minutes from both downtown Austin and the venue. Ride shares, taxis, and rental cars are all available at the airport.
