FOOD & DRINK:
Just about everything is included! All meals, snacks, and drinks unlimited (Some premium brands might not be included).

There are 12 restaurants, a food truck, bars and lounges, and 24-hour room service. There are also daily activities and live entertainment, a fitness center, paddle boarding, kayaking, and more.

**Spa treatments and motorized water sports (jet skis, etc.) will have an extra fee. There’s also a strict dress code when dining at restaurants.

AIRPORT TRANSPORT:
You will be picked up from the airport once you arrive and also dropped off at the airport at the end of your trip by the resort's transfer company, Seasons Transfers.

Once you have your flight information, please click HERE to fill out your details. We will send the transfer company one spreadsheet with everyone's flight information.

The resort has several room categories you can choose from (click the following links to see the rooms and their amenities): Finest Suites, Finest Club Suites, Excellence Club Suites.

All rooms come with standard accommodations: double or king bed, mini fridge, oversized jacuzzi for two, private balcony or terrace, rain shower, and an L-shaped sofa bed.

You can choose to upgrade your suite to a swim-up, private pool, a two-story rooftop terrace with a pool, or a family suite.

Our rate includes free cancellations up to 24 hours before your arrival date, and free transportation to and from the airport. Please note, the promo code does not apply to the non-refundable rate or suite+flight packages.

A credit card is required in order to reserve your room. With our promo code, the resort only requires a $1.00 deposit. You won’t be charged in full until 30 days before your stay.
