Travel and Accommodations
Mayakoba is located in Riviera Maya, Mexico. The nearest airport is Cancun (CUN), which is about a 40-minute drive away.
There are multiple airlines that fly to Cancun, although we expect flights to book up very quickly for our wedding weekend.
Remember to make sure your passport is valid for at least six months past the travel date!
Our airport transportation concierge firm is “Your Cancun DMC” who can take you directly to Mayakoba.

Our events will be held at the Rosewood Mayakoba. We encourage everyone to stay on the property and have reserved a block of rooms at a special room rate for our guests. Please note special rates are subject to availability. Lagoon Suite at $650 USD per room / per night + taxes/fees.

Mayakoba is a gated community within Riveria Maya. In addition to the Rosewood, there are three other hotels in the community that are wonderful options for your stay. We highly recommend that everyone stay here during the wedding weekend.
There are complimentary hotel shuttles and golf carts that regularly rotate between the four resorts, common areas and beaches.
Please note that we will only be handling wedding event transportation within Mayakoba.
