Pasta #1:
•Trofie pasta with courgettes and speck.
(Trofie, short twisted home made pasta)
Pasta #2:
•Penne Alla Norcina
(Norcina, creamy sauce & sausages)
Pasta #3:
•Orecchiette with pesto, tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
(Orecchiette, small dome shaped pasta. Pesto is made with pine nuts, fresh basil and garlic)
DESSERT
The Italian "Sweets King" is: Tiramisù
• Appetizer - Tuscan croutes, croutes with mushrooms, spicy croutes, bruschetta and cold cuts, savory tarts.
• Pasta course (both pasta dishes will be served) - Bocconotti with farmer-style duck sauce, Pasta bonbons with truffle filling and cream.
• Main course - Mixed grill (chicken, pork, duck, guinea hen) or stuffed duck Grilled vegetables or salad Roasted potatoes.
• Dessert (indicate the selected dessert) - Tiramisù, Panna cotta, "Torta della nonna" cake.
• Fruit
We will be touring the famous wine region of Montepulciano. The bus will leave the villa at 10:45am and arrive at the winery at 11:45am. We will complete a wine tasting and a light lunch until 2pm. You will have free time from 2-3pm to visit Montepulciano. The bus will head back to the villa at 3:30pm. Details below.

Lunch: - Bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil from Talosa Olive trees; - Lasagna ,Cannelloni, Ribollita, Pappa al pomodoro, Panzanella, Speld salad (to be agree days before); - Pecorino cheese from Pienza; - Typical Tuscan cold cuts (prosciutto, loin, salami).

• House appetizer - Sampling of warm toasted seasoned bread, cold cuts & savory pie, mixed cheese, combined sauces & mixed fried.

• Drinks - 1 bottle of water every 2 people, 1 bottle of White or Red wine at your choice every 2 people.

The hog roast represents a typical traditional Italian food of more than 200 years and it is greatly appreciated, fundamental during parties and celebrations.
Hog Roast is a traditional meal of central Italy and the preparation consists of barbecuing a whole hog that is afterwards spiced with salt, pepper, aromatic herbs, fennel, garlic, rosemary and wine.
The hog roast will be served on a large plate decorated with fruits and vegetables and it will be taken out from the oven just a couple of hours before bringing it at the villa for you. It is normally served afterwards by a waiter provided by us in slices as a main dish or as sandwiches. The hog roast is regularly served with bread as per the Italian tradition but if you wish you can provide personally side dishes such as vegetables/salads/sauces to accompany the meal.
