Frequently Asked Questions
1) COVID TESTING/GENERAL INFO:
As of this notation, neither COVID-19 vaccination nor testing is required to embark on your trip to Punta Cana.
During your stay at Hard Rock, you will be scheduled to receive a COVID-19 swab test in order to travel back into the United States.
The resort is including 2 tests per room at no charge.
For rooms with more than 2 inhabitants, the Bride & Groom are offering to cover additional testing costs.
Per the CDC guidelines, if you have tested positive and recovered from COVID-19 within 90 days of travel, you may bring documentation obtained by a medical professional showing diagnosis and recovery and thus be exempt from testing requirements.

2) IN-ROOM MINIBAR:
It is my understanding that although liquor bottles have been removed from the in-room minibars, unopened bottles can be requested at the front desk for your in-room use at no additional cost.
3) FACE MASKS OR NAH?
Please bring approved face coverings, as they may be required indoors. They are also required on public transit, like the plane ride over.
*Under optimal weather conditions, all Thompson scheduled events are being held OUTDOORS*. We are not requiring face coverings at our events. Please do whatever makes you feel comfortable.
4) WHAT TO WEAR?
Have fun with your attire! Get tropical, but keep it classy! (Again, all events are outdoors.) Welcome Party attire is more casual than Wedding Day events. Weather permitting, Welcome Party will be on the sand. Ladies, keep that in mind for shoe selection!
5) WHAT TO DO?
The resort has a lot to offer, both on-site and off! Book excursions, hit the beaches and pools, gamble in the casino, even play a round of golf in your personal, unscheduled time. :)
