We are taking extra steps to ensure the safety of our guests. Please see below for the steps we will be taking:
1. All guest will be required to sign a Covid notice at the time of the event.
2. All guest will have their temperature checked 2 times. (1.) Prior to boarding the shuttle (2.) Prior to entering the event
3. We will be using disposable glassware and plate ware. (We hate this option, but feel it is the most sanitary option for everyone’s health and safety)
4. We will provide Social distancing bracelets to better inform people your comfort level
COVID UPDATES
We understand that Covid is an issue for everyone. We truly hope all our guests are able to attend our wedding, but we want to be transparent so you can better make your decision whether to attend. We do not want to put anyone in an uncomfortable situation.
We still plan on conducting our wedding on the original date of October 10th, 2020. We currently will not require masks during the ceremony and reception, but welcome anyone who prefers to wear one.
We will be providing transportation from downtown Denver to our venue and back to downtown. We will require a mask during this time. Our ceremony will be held outside and the venue has multiple large doors that will be kept open to circulate airflow during the reception.
Due to Covid, we have moved our RSVP return date to August 30th, to allow our guests more time to make the decision about attending our wedding during this pandemic. Because of this, we ask that you are certain with your RSVP answer at the time of submission.
Ceremony & Reception Location
Our Venue is about 30 minutes outside of Denver. However, we have selected hotels downtown Denver and will be providing transportation to and from the event. The pickup and drop off point will be At Hilton garden in Denver union station.
The shuttles to the venue will depart from Hilton garden inn at 1:15 pm!
If you're in town early, and your looking for something to do, we have some activities planned. JOIN US!
Wednesday morning: Explore Colorado
We plan to do a simple day hike. More details to come.
Wednesday PM: Learn a Line Dance!
Learn how to Cowboy Hustle! We will be doing this at the wedding so we want to give you a chance to learn!

It's shocking, but there's a lot to do! One of our favorite activities is going to the gun range and shooting sport clays.

3:30pm Wrap up shooting
4:00pm Hit the road Back to denver
