From 21 February 2022, all fully vaccinated visa holders will be able to travel to Australia without needing to apply for a travel exemption.
Unvaccinated visa holders will still need a valid travel exemption to enter Australia.

Most entrants can apply for an e-visitor visa which is typically approved within 24hours but can take up to 30 days for approval

Flights vary depending on where you want to fly into.
Direct flights are available from London Heathrow to DARWIN which are 16.5hours, with an additional 4.5hour flight from Darwin to Sydney.
Flights to SYDNEY are available from London Gatwick and London Heathrow, with a variety of stopovers to choose from taking ~24hours
If you want to explore Angus' homeland of Queensland, you can fly into BRISBANE again from Gatwick or Heathrow.
