Please join us for a Welcome Party to say hello before the wedding festivities begin! We would love to see you on Friday night & cheers to the exciting day ahead of us! The party will be in the back room & library of the King's Club @ Sonnenalp Hotel. Please note this event is cash bar & will be cash only (there is an ATM across the street from venue).
Cocktail to formal attire is recommended for ceremony & reception events. Block heels or flats are recommended due to uneven terrain.
Vail Chapel is located right in the heart of Vail Village and is walk-able from most hotels in the Village. For guests staying in Lionshead (about 1 mile from the Chapel), we would recommend inquiring with your hotel about a shuttle ride to the Chapel in Vail Village (as parking is limited).

From ceremony to reception
We highly recommend our guests take a 5 to 10 minute walk through the village, from the Chapel to Gondola One, for our reception. There will be limited shuttle service for those who need additional assistance to the gondola.
Gondola One is located in Vail Village (near The Lodge at Vail & Express Lift restaurant). The 10th restaurant requires a scenic ride up the mountain via Gondola to the reception space. We will begin loading the gondola at 4:40pm.
