We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation.
We've chosen to stay at The Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres, and would encourage you to stay with us!
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.
2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.
3. Transportation to and from the airport are included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun.
4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit with our agent as soon as possible!

Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of the Moncrief-Driscoll wedding party that is booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

You don’t have to pay it all at once!
Book early and take advantage of the awesome payment plan!
It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Destination Weddings Expert, LLC (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.

A minimum non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is due no later than April 1st, 2021, in order to secure your room and private roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation. Subject to availability at the time of booking after this date.

***Final balance is due by May 20th, 2021***

We recommend you book your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.
Since you'll be booking your room with our group, private transportation to and from the airport (CUN) is included!

Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like to book your flight + hotel as a package this can be arranged with our agent as well. In the reservation form mark "YES" to the flight question and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates.

*Words of Advice*
- If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.
- Please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or cancellations.

Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check-in. If you do not have a passport or need to renew it, click below.

Note: Due to Covid, processing time has increased, causing delays in passports. If you will be attending the wedding and need a first-time passport OR need to renew your passport, please do this early. Routine processing time is about 10-12 weeks.

Expedited Services: 4-6 weeks.

Please also check your expiration date on your current passport. It must be valid 6 months from your return date.

Please note within 30 days of travel you will be provided with the most up-to-date list of tours available.

But rest assured there is PLENTY to do at the resort and already included in your stay.

There’s nothing like waking up in the morning to everything you ever wanted right outside your door. Want some thrills for the whole family?

How about some “me time come replenish in our delectable spa with every beautifying and relaxing treatment imaginable available to you. Customize each day with these, and other wish list options, like exotic tours, rounds of golf, and a bevy of lavish kid and family-friendly attractions, including our state-of-the-art playroom, indulgent couples-only experiences, and dazzling entertainment options.

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 25 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.

The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $107 a day/per person.

We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of DWE, LLC please allow us an opportunity to review and request a price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.

Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process.
