During my time at FAU, I was attending a gathering for our friend Kamal's birthday and a bunch of us got together at his house party. A couple songs later, I was in the arms of a handsome gentleman named Widlin for the rest of the night. The rest is history from the night of October 7, 2011.-Marjorie
I began attending FAU in the Fall of 2010. After a couple of semesters, Marjorie and I became friends and then classmates. Through our rigorous studying, the friendship grew into a relationship, and I cannot say she was tired of studying with me ;)

Our first date was at "Cream" in Delray Beach where we enjoyed frozen yogurt together. We spent all evening getting to know each other and eating delicious frozen yogurt. We conversed into deep conversation. All I could wrap my head around was the thought that someone so amazing had come into my life. You expect nothing, but suddenly right in front of you is everything you ever needed.

With the help of my family and friends, I planned the proposal during my graduate summer internship at Cornell University. Marjorie and I were visiting Tallahassee for our friend Martine's white coat ceremony. We drove back to Lehigh Acres that day and I surprised her with a proposal with our families and closest friends. #MW227
