Frequently Asked Questions

Q: When is the RSVP deadline?
A: Please RSVP yes or no by July 3, 2021 so we can have an accurate headcount. If July 3, 2021 has passed and you have not RSVPed, please let Tyler or Victoria know ASAP along with the number of your group.


Q: Is there a gift registry?
A: Yes. There will be also be a card box to leave cash or gift card gifts.


Q: What is the dress code?
A: You can wear black tie, formal or Nigerian traditional attire. Tuxedos are acceptable.



Q: Will this be a multi-cultural ceremony?
A: Yes! We will have both American and Nigerian traditions. Please request palm wine for the toast and bring cash if you wish to participate in the money spray/money dance.



Q: Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the ceremony?
A: We have hired a team of professional photographers and professional videographers so we would prefer an 'unplugged' ceremony, but we ask that you at least try to be mindful. 


Q: What if I have a dietary restriction?
A: The caterer can prepare for various dietary requirements. Please let us know in advance so that we can arrange. At the latest, please let your server know.


Q: Will there be an open bar?
A: Yes, so please drink responsibly and plan accordingly.


Q: Will there be dancing?
A: Yes! We have a violinist (playing to modern music) and a DJ!
