Shuttles to WInterthur on Friday, August 4th
The hotels are located about 10-15 minutes away from the venue, Winterthur Estate. We will have shuttles leaving from both hotels starting at 5:15PM.
Saturday, August 5 - Pool Party "Day After" Celebration
We don't want anyone to feel obligated to stay another night in a hotel. So if you live locally & choose to head home on Saturday night, we are providing a discounted Uber/Lyft code to ensure everyone can have fun but still make it home safely!
If you are looking for somewhere to stay on Saturday night, a few options are:
Continue your stay in the Wilmington area:
Downtown Wilmington is only a 25-30 minute drive from West Chester Country Club. If you want to stay in one of the Wilmington hotels both Friday & Saturday night, we will be providing transportation to West Chester via shuttle on Saturday afternoon & back to the hotels later that night.
Note: This is what Fiona & Andrew are planning on doing, but please do what works best for you!

Stay in a hotel closer to West Chester Country Club:
We will be providing a list of hotels closer to the date that are a 5-10 minute Uber/Lyft from the Country Club.
Airbnb Options for the Weekend:
Lastly, if you'd like to find an Airbnb/VRBO/rental somewhere that will work for both Wilmington and West Chester events, I'd recommend looking at stays in the following areas:
- Chaddsford, PA; Brandywine, PA; Kennetts Square, PA; Concordville, PA; Birmingham, PA.
Options are limited for rental stays in this area, and shuttle transportation will not be available to and from your stay.
