We ask that all guest be responsible for booking their own flight. 

We suggest our guest fly into the Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ). If you fly into a different airport please make your own travel arrangements to Las Galeras.  

We ask that you purchase your flight by February 1st, 2020 Booking in advance allows us time to arrange transportation to Las Galeras.  

Note: The earlier you book your flight the better! 

Transportation from the Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) to Las Galeras and from Las Galeras to the Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ)  will be provided by the wedding couple.

Note: Las Galeras is 3 hours away from Santo Domingo. We would like for your ride to be as comfortable as possible, so we will be organizing all transport to and from SDQ. We prefer you are transported to Las Galeras during the daylight hours because many of the roads or winding and have rough terrain. Please factor this in when booking your flight. Arriving in the middle of night is not suggested.

All guest are asked to stay at the Las Galeras Villages. The property has 10 villas and amenities can be found on the Las Galeras Villages website.

We have arranged for the entire Las Galeras Villages to be blocked for our wedding guest during this time. We have already blocked and payed for this accommodation to guarantee a lower group discount.  We ask that each guest pay 70/per night for 4 nights and 5 days (Thursday, May 21st 2020 - Monday, May 25th 2020).

Option 1: Las Galeras Villages offers an all inclusive package for food.  The rate is $60 per day per person. The all inclusive food package includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It also includes some national alcoholic during lunch and dinner. More information TBA. 

Option 2: There is a well-equipped kitchen in all villas and one can prepare his/her own meal.

Option 3: The restaurant on the property will continue serving "a la carte" items.

A passport is required for travel outside of the United States. Please visit the State Department's website for information about international travel and obtaining a passport. Passports typically take about 6 weeks for processing and approval. Please give yourself enough time to apply and receive. If you already have a passport, please make sure it has not expire or will expire during your trip.

Sometimes unforeseen circumstances can occur. Please consider purchasing insurance to protect your investment. Trip insurance can be purchased with your airfare on your respective airline carrier's website.
